Take a journey into your deepest and most authentic self, allowing the horses to guide you inward to those parts of you that desire to be healed or uncovered. Experience the healing power and support of a community of individuals and horses as you embark on your journey of self-discovery. In this on-going process group you will:

1. Meet every other week for a 3 hour Equine Journey at Star Peak Stables, Golden, CO
2. Experience what group therapy is like with people and horses
3. Deepen your understanding of how you make contact with yourself and in relationship with others
4. Learn about your emotional development and your unfinished business in the key developmental stages
5. Be invited to explore the unfinished business in your life and how it wants to be healed
6. Become aware of how horses and people respond to your intentions and behaviors
7. Experience developing a relationship with the horses, and how that relationship can be a reflection of your inner process
8. Explore how to cultivate trust and intimacy
9. Have a whole lot of fun!

Participants will partake in grooming, groundwork, possible bareback riding, herd-dynamics, and individual and group process.

Group Start Date:
This is a rolling admissions group which means participants can join the group at any point during the year if there is an opening. Group is limited to 8 participants and participants are asked to commit to 8 groups.

4:00pm – 7:00pm

Group Cost:
$150 per group - includes horse rental fee.
